Terms & Conditions.

We want every guest to enjoy their stay at Woodside Lodge and to leave planning their return. The following information helps us keep the lodge in excellent condition for everyone.

Booking and payment.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. Until this is received, the booking remains provisional.

The balance of the hire cost is due no later than two weeks before arrival. For bookings made within two weeks of the start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or other agreed method.

Arrival and departure.

Unless agreed in advance:

Arrival is from 3pm

Departure is by 10am

These times allow the lodge to be prepared properly for incoming guests.

What is included.

Your hire charge includes gas, electricity, water, and cleaning.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an additional charge if requested at the time of booking. Guests are very welcome to bring their own.

Electricity on the park is supplied via a coin meter. There will be sufficient credit for the start of your stay. For longer stays, occasional top-ups may be required depending on usage. We ask that guests to kindly leave a £1 coin in the meter on departure so essential appliances remain running between visits.

Occupancy.

The lodge sleeps a maximum of eight guests. The number of people staying must not exceed the number agreed at booking.

Pets.

Well-behaved family dogs are welcome. We ask owners to ensure pets do not climb on beds or soft furnishings and that any evidence of fur or mess is cleaned before departure. A small additional charge applies per animal.

Respect for the park.

Woodside Lodge is located within a quiet, privately owned residential park. Guests are expected to behave considerately, particularly during the evenings. Parties and events are not permitted.

Damage and cleanliness.

Please take care of the lodge and its contents during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages and should let us know as soon as possible so that we can put things right for future visitors. We understand that small accidents can happen and appreciate openness and honesty. Where damage or additional cleaning is required, we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs.

Smoking.

Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge. The patio area may be used. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning charges.

Cancellation By You.

If you need to cancel, please inform us in writing as soon as possible.

We will always try to re-let the dates. If successful, we will refund payments made beyond the booking deposit.

Cancellation or Termination By Us.

We reserve the right to refuse or end a booking if behaviour is unreasonable, causes damage, or disturbs others. In such cases, no refund will be due.

Liability

We do not accept liability for loss, damage, or injury during your stay except where caused by proven negligence on our part.

Vehicles.

Parking is available near the lodge in designated areas. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk.

Keys and access

Access details will be provided once full payment and required information have been received.
